Thetford Elementary School

Andy Boyce convened the School Board meeting at 5:33PM in the Art Room. The following were present: Andy Boyce, Robin Brown, Karen Kaliski, Jennifer Reining, Elise Tillinghast, School Board; Wendy Baker, OESU Superintendent

Executive Session - MOTION: (Reining/Kaliski) moved/seconded to go into Executive Session at 5:34PM to discuss a student issue, the premature dissemination of which would clearly place the Board at a significant disadvantage; unanimous.

Out of Executive Session at 6:09PM.

MOTION: (Reining/Boyce) moved/seconded to accept the Superintendent’s recommendation in the matter of Student A; unanimous.

MOTION: (Reining/Boyce) moved/seconded to accept the Superintendent’s recommendation in the matter of Student B; aye - Kaliski, Reining, Tillinghast; nay - Boyce, Brown.

The Superintendent will notify the parents of Students A & B of the Board’s decision in their case.

Adjourned: MOTION: (Boyce/Reining) moved/seconded to adjourn at 6:15PM; unanimous.
