School Board Minutes Tuesday December 11, 2007 Andy Boyce
convened the School Board meeting at 5:40PM in the Art Room. The following were present: Andy Boyce, Robin Brown, Jennifer
Reining, Susan Weider, School Board; Tig Tillinghast, Budget Committee Agenda Review/Action Items - none Orders – MOTION: (Brown/Boyce) moved/seconded to
approve the November payroll deductions (annuities/retirement), the payroll
for 12/14, and order #10/07; unanimous. 5:45PM Karen Kaliski joined the meeting. Public Comment/Correspondence – Tig
Tillinghast questioned the increase in the OESU budget in the accounting line
item. Discussion. Andy
Boyce shared with the Board an e-mail from Ann Swanson withdrawing her
application for a School Board position. 5:50PM Tig Tillinghast left the meeting. 6:00PM Elise Tillinghast joined the meeting. Candidate Interview for School Board Position – The Board
interviewed two candidates for the vacant School Board position. Karen Kaliski left the meeting at 6:05PM. Elise Tillinghast left the meeting at 6:30PM Executive Session – (Boyce/Brown)
moved/seconded to go into Executive Session at 6:35PM to discuss the School
Board Position, the premature dissemination of which would clearly place the
Board at a disadvantage; unanimous.
Out of Executive Session at 6:40PM. MOTION:
(Boyce/Reining) moved/seconded to offer a School Board position as
discussed in Executive Session; unanimous. Other Business – none Robin
Brown Adjourned: MOTION: (Weider/Reining) moved/seconded to
adjourn at 6:45PM; unanimous. These
