MOTION: (Brown/Weider) moved/seconded to go
into Executive Session at 6:20PM to interview teaching candidates, the
premature dissemination of which would clearly place the Board at a significant
disadvantage; unanimous. Dave
Celone left the meeting.

MOTION: (Reining/Weider) moved/seconded to
authorize Alice Worth to contact applicants for teaching positions as
discussed; unanimous.

Business
MOTION: (Weider/Reining) moved/seconded to
retroactively authorize the Chair to sign Paraprofessional Contracts for
2006-2007 school year; unanimous.
MOTION: (Brown/Reining) moved/seconded to
authorize Darla LaRoche as signatory on the Sunshine Fund, a fund for and
funded by the TES staff; unanimous.
