Thetford Elementary School

Meeting Began 5:37 p.m.

Present: Alice Worth, Principal; Wendy Hovey, Superintendent; Andy Boyce, Jennifer Reining, Susie Weider, School Board; Marty Jacobs, Cyrie Lange, Joe Minichiello, Peter Lange and Robert Raskevitz.

5:37 p.m. Motion (Weider/Reining) to go into executive session to discuss personnel issues, the premature dissemination of which would clearly place the Board at a significant disadvantage; unanimous.

5:45 p.m. Robin Brown joined the meeting.

5:51 p.m. Cyrie Lange, Joe Minichiello, Marty Jacobs, Peter Lange and Robert Raskevitz left the meeting.

9:53 Out of Executive Session.

9:53 p.m. Motion (Reining/Weider) to authorize Alice Worth to make job offers to candidates as discussed in executive session; unanimous.

9:54 p.m. Motion (Boyce/Reining) to instruct Superintendent Hovey to communicate regarding personnel matter as discussed in executive session; unanimous.

9:55 p.m. Motion to Adjourn (Weider/Brown); unanimous.

Meeting adjourned 9:56 p.m.
