FROM THE PRINCIPALÕS DESK:

  • Thank you all for adjusting to our new practice of entering the school through the lobby and gym corridor doors. Please be reminded that the cafeteria doors are no longer to be used for entrance to or exit from the school.  These are simply emergency doors during the day and will be used for the TASP program only.  Students who are tardy must check in to the office when they arrive.  We appreciate your continued cooperation with this change.

  • The 5th and 6th grade Social Committee is holding its first event this Friday January 7th at 7:00 PM.   I am so proud of the students who have worked with Keith and me to plan and organize this.  They have had great ideas and have displayed excellent leadership.  We greatly appreciate the additional support from Olivia Chapman and all those parents who have volunteered to chaperone or provide snacks.  It should be a fun evening.  Please remember that students will need to be picked up promptly at 9:00.

  • WeÕve had some experience with and interest in the new sneaker roller wheels at school.  Please help us by explaining to your child that these can not be used during the school day.

  • I have to apologize for incorrect information that went out in the recent ski      program communication.  If the program is cancelled because of bad weather, children can ride their regular bus home. ALL buses will be leaving school at 12:30.
