Snow Fun!

During the winter we have downhill ski/snowboarding groups. We we first of all like to thank the ski/snowboarding instructors and subs. Many parents helped but we must especially thank Annemarie Linnehan, Lisa Celone, Lindy Jones, and Cathy Vansant. We had about 97 kids sign up for snowboarding and about 42 sign up for skiing. All together a grand total of 139 kids signed up for skiing/snowboarding this year. We went every Friday from 12:30-4:00. Here is my interview with a 5^th grade downhill skier.

Q: So what was your favorite trail?

A: Papuse

Q: What is Papuse?

A: Papuse is the easiest trail to me.

Q: What was your favorite skiing moment?

A: Going down The Face.

Q: What is The Face?

A: The Face is the steepest trail.

Q: Why is that your favorite moment?

A: Because that was my 2^nd time down The Face.

Q: Did you like the program?

A: I liked the program because you get about 3 hours to ski and you have fun!

As you can see students love the ski/snowboarding program and can't wait till next year. And I bet if I asked 20 more kids they would say they loved it to.
